What agency founders ask us on a first call. No spin.

How is this different from a business coach or consultant?
Coaches ask questions. Consultants write strategy decks. We do the work. We sit in your leadership meeting, own the hiring loop, build the systems, and make the uncomfortable calls. You'll know the difference in week three.
What size agency is this for?
Marketing agencies between $1M and $10M in revenue. Below that, you probably don't need a fractional COO yet — you need clients. Above $10M, you likely need a full-time one. We're built for the messy middle where growth breaks things.
How long does an engagement last?
Most partnerships run 12–24 months. Months 1–3 are heavy: we diagnose, interview the team, and ship the first systems. By month six, the operating rhythm is live and your hours should be trending down. By month nine to twelve, your leadership team owns the day-to-day. We stay on to hold the rope through the next growth phase, until the business runs without us.
How much of my time will this take?
Directly with us: a weekly 1-hour working session on implementation, constraints, and org structure. We also embed into (or establish) your weekly leadership meeting, and run your quarterly planning off-sites. Net effect on your week: by month three, your total hours should be trending down, not up. If they aren't, we aren't doing our job.
What do you mean by "AI leverage"?
We build AI directly into your delivery workflows (reporting, research, QA, client comms, etc.) not theatre. Every automation we ship has a documented hour-savings target. If it doesn't save real time, we don't ship it.
Are you a solo operator or a firm?
Right now, it's a small team led by me (Brady). I run every engagement personally — no handoff to a junior, no "account manager" between you and the work. As we grow, we'll only add operators who've actually run agency operations, not consultants looking for a pivot. The small roster is the point.
Do you sign NDAs?
Always. Mutual NDA before the first deep-dive call. Nothing we see, learn, or build is ever shared without your written approval.
